Our rental prices typically include daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi, utilities (electricity, water), and access to all property amenities. Some properties also include breakfast, airport transfers, or chef services. Check each property listing for specific inclusions.

Most of our villas require a minimum stay of 3 nights, while apartments have a minimum of 1 night. During peak seasons (July-August and December-January), minimum stays may be extended. Please check individual property listings for details.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. The amount varies by property (typically IDR 2,000,000 - IDR 10,000,000). The deposit is fully refunded within 3-5 business days after checkout, provided no damages occurred.

We offer flexible cancellation policies. Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations 14-29 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for added protection.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange this.

Pet policies vary by property. Some of our villas are pet-friendly with prior approval and an additional pet deposit. Please check the specific property listing or contact us to confirm before booking.

Yes! We offer airport transfer services to and from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Transfers can be arranged for an additional fee. Please provide your flight details at least 24 hours before arrival so we can coordinate accordingly.
